1.  The Website is provided for your use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you agree to be bound by (i) the Agreement (in particular, these Terms and Conditions). Although we will normally only refuse use of the Website if these Terms and Conditions are violated, we reserve the right to refuse use of the Website to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. When you register for an Undercover account, you will be asked to create a password. In order to prevent fraud, you must keep this password confidential. You must not disclose the password or share the password with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should contact us. If the Company has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your Undercover account.
3. When you place an order to buy a product from this website, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your order. This email contains the details of your order.
4. When placing an order with us, you are offering to buy a product and / or service; testifying that you are at least 18 years old; confirming that all the information that you provided us in relation to said order is true and correct and, finally, you are confirming that you are a user of the authorized payment method provided.
5. The physical address where your order will be delivered, is included in the email for your confirmation.
6. Please note that if you do not have this necessary information, the purchase cannot be delivered. Also note that the shipping dates, delivery times and the deadlines for the refund process are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
7. Undercover will keep the products until full payment has been made and received by Undercover.
8. If for any unfortunate reason, we cancel your order, we will notify you through the contact information you provided at the time of placing your order. If the payment method has already been charged for an order that is then modified or canceled, Undercover will reimburse you for the incorrect price amount back to your original payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
9. International purchases from Undercover collection are delivered by DHL Express as the only shipping service provider.
10. The DHL Express shipping fee varies by destination and the size of your order, which will be shown upon checkout. The shipping fee is non-refundable. Additional shipping fees may incur with any reshipment orders.
11. Consignee may need to pay for duties and taxes incurred by the designated customs where applicable.
12. Undercover reserves the right to make revisions to the terms and conditions at any time.
