All products must be returned to us without use.
Include all packaging and original receipts.
Products that will be subject to change or refund will be those purchased exclusively at www.iamundercover.com within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Undercover reserves the right to refuse the exchange or return of products that do not comply with the steps indicated below:
- Send us an email to email@example.com including your invoice number and the reason for the return or exchange, indicating the replacement details (model and / or size). Also include your contact information.

If the payment method has already been charged for a purchase order and then modified or canceled, Undercover will reimburse you for the incorrect amount to your original payment method.
